BHCC Holding Limited: Listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited

(12 September, 2017, Hong Kong) BHCC Holding Limited ("BHCC", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), a Singapore-based main contractor in the provision of building and construction works, is pleased to announce its successful listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong ("SEHK") via an initial public offering ("IPO"), and trading of its shares has commenced on SEHK today.

Vinco Capital Limited acted as the Sole Sponsor in this IPO.

BHCC's shares were actively traded in the first day and recorded a satisfactory price performance. BHCC shares recorded the highest at HK$0.94, and closed at HK$0.70, representing an increase of approximately 88% and 40% respectively as compared to the offer price of HK$0.50 per offer share. A total of approximately 387.78 million shares were traded, and the total turnover amounted to approximately HK$309.29 million.
